Scope Of Work
This project entailed the renovation of retail space in a landmarked building of the Flatiron District in Manhattan. The project included the structural alteration and “white” box fit out of the cellar and 1st floor retail spaces, installation of an elevator and lift, and the renovation and preservation of landmarked storefront.
