Scope Of Work
The new science building was approximately 65,000 SF and was constructed on the Kentucky Community & Technical College’s Newtown Pike campus in Lexington. Building construction materials and systems were designed to achieve Silver certification and provide a state of the art learning environment for both students and professors. The building contains both dry and wet labs, classrooms, offices, and spaces.
