Scope Of Work
The strip center big-box retail space was converted to a 2-story 19,000 SF restaurant and bar. Malone’s and Harry’s include 3 bar areas, 2 kitchens, a dining area, 5 private dining areas and 2 kitchens. The project entailed the installation of 2 elevators, an escalator, detailed wood trim and millwork and a glass-enclosed addition.
