Scope Of Work
The 92,400 SF classroom building project was the first building constructed on the new campus for Bluegrass Community & Technical College and the first -certified building in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. In addition, the project was recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy as part of the Better Buildings Challenge. The project also included work for the campus master plan with site preparation for the future campus, including demolition of over 400,000 SF of buildings.
