Scope Of Work
Wright Construction was selected as the design?build General Contractor for this Mixed?Use Development. DeMun Pointe is a LEED certified Mixed?Use Building containing 10,000 SF of retail with a 12,000 SF parking garage dedicated to the retail space.
The building also contains 27 high end condos with 24,000 SF of underground parking. This is the City of Clayton’s First LEED certified building. The building has a green roof that covers 40% of the roof and all areas contain high efficiency lighting and HVAC.
