Scope Of Work
For this project we were contracted for the construction initial and final clean along with exterior window cleaning.
Due to some challenging areas on the project we had to rent a 125 foot boom lift for the exterior windows.
The client was so delighted with the services we provided they decided to use our company for their general janitorial services post construction.
For the janitorial services, we provide full service janitorial and COVID disinfection two times per week.
Additionally we perform carpet cleaning, Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) floor restoration, pressure washing, and window cleaning periodically.
