Scope Of Work
For this shopping center we were contracted for the construction final clean of the retail stores and restaurants along with washing the exterior windows. We have also provided COVID disinfecting, floor restoration and wax, and installed roller window shades.
On occasion we cleaned the park lot as needed.
We also provided janitorial services and COVID disinfecting for the general contractor's trailer.
Complications that we faced were working around other trades that were on site as well as certain business operations. Since this project was on a military installation, our staff had to obtain clearance through background checks.
The work that we performed was successful that in turn we were asked to provide services on the next project for this general contractor.
