Scope Of Work
The Viroqua Food Co-op design/build project was a 7,500 square foot grocery store with a full deli, kitchen, and walk-in coolers. Meeting the owners request, Green Building was factored into the design and construction: polished concrete (with fly ash) floors, open wood-framed trusses (for natural light), recycled blue jean insulation, recycled VCT flooring, and many more unique design features. The end result is a building exactly as the owner envisioned while meeting time and budget requirements.
