Scope Of Work

Scope: DAWSON provides 24/7 management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for safe operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located with the COBRATF at the Anniston complex. The systems include: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, environmental control, HVAC, fire protection and life safety, public address, lighting, architectural and structural, service request desk operations, landscape irrigation, tools, vehicle barrier systems, doors and windows, storm drainage, facility roofing, incinerators, contaminated waste disposal (including hazardous waste), compressed gases, boilers, and lightning protection. Additionally, DAWSON provides a full range of management duties including planning, scheduling, and quality control.
