Scope: DAWSON was construction manager for the new 56,000 square foot facility constructed as the first phase to house the 29th Brigade. The finished facility, which achieved LEED Silver status, includes an auditorium, assembly hall, administrative spaces, storage areas, locker rooms, IT rooms, bathrooms and classrooms. This facility will allow the Brigade to better prepare for their primary missions of supporting the United States in times of national security.
