Our Story

Building Automation Consultants will provide cost effective new projects, project additions, and retrofits for your new or existing Johnson Controls or LynxSpring DDC systems (or ANY system with full open protocol), by designing it and creating software second to none.

We will provide the best design, software, consulting, and startup of new DDC projects of any size and length, priced at a real value (as described in this Site) second to none in this business.

We believe in good, old-fashioned face-to-face meetings via Skype video or similar, before your project starts, that will help work out the issues (before they become issues), giving you lasting value long after the project is complete.

Johnson Controls Legacy systems (NCM, N30, JC85/40, DSC8500) Extended Architecture (NCE, NAE), and Tridium (FX/FX-PC) experts. Pneumatic systems retrofits. Building Optimization. Systems Integration. Tobacco Barn Cure Automation and Control. Nlyte Energy Optimizer (Fieldview) Monitoring systems. Data Centers, GxP Environments, Hospitals, Hospitality (Disney and Universal Studios) Fire Alarm Integration and Security System Integration.. 1960 to Present Day.

How do we do it? It's really easy: You choose the service level you want. We offer a new, licensed 50-device FX80, BACNet MS/TP and Legacy Metasys N2 ready, with or without a custom NEMA-1 control panel, the FX80 project software, a 1-year maintenance upgrade (software only), 11x17 drawings with usable Bill of Material and a new Dell basic 15" laptop ... All for less than $10k. No one else offers basic systems design and a new Supervisory device, ready to start-up with a laptop pc for this price (valid thru December 2018). Contact us before January to get the best value in an industry-standard building automation system made by a Fortune 100 Company that has been in business since 1885.

Have your own Electrical Installers? GREAT! We will work with them to ensure that everything is installed right. We provide the design, 11x17 drawings, and main Supervisory Controller, you install it and can also do the startup.... or you can hire your own company to start it up ....or hire us....We can provide a basic NEW NEMA-1 panel and NEW, LICENSED 50-device JOHNSON CONTROLS TRIDIUM FX80, programed and ready to start-up for under $10,000! Want 11x17 drawings of your new 50-device FX80 ? ... They are included in the $10k price ..What about the Field Controllers and parts? Use our BOM and purchase them or we will provide for a very small markup. What about startup? If local (within 50 miles of zip 19446), we charge a flat $2400 per technician, per 40-hour week increment. If anywhere else in the USA, we charge travel + per-diem, and the same $2400 per technician, per 40-hour week increment of labor. How will you be able to view your new Johnson Controls System referenced above? We also include a new, basic Dell Laptop which will enable you to log-in to your 50-device FX80 and it is included in the price above. Can we do large projects? YES. Contact us for details. We can also provide custom panels and installation (NEMA-12, etc) for a specialized price email Ross Reed at ross@bac-llc.net and please visit our website for much more information.
