Scope Of Work
Ascent Union Station is a new mixed-use development located between 19th and 20th Streets and Wewatta Street and Chestnut Place in Denver’s Union Station Neighborhood.
The 14-story, 387,382 sq. ft., high-rise apartment building includes 168 luxury residential units, two guest suites, amenity spaces and 3,470 sq. ft. of ground floor retail. The development is served by a 93,977 sq. ft., two level below grade parking structure with 208 spaces and two loading docks off an existing service drive. Parking is also provided at the second floor. Residences are located on floors 3 – 11 as well as a penthouse levels I & II.
Amenities include a clubroom looking out over a swimming pool and recreation deck at the penthouse II level.
