The 22,000 square foot retail center is situated approximately three acres in northwest Houston about 23 miles from the central business district. It is just south of U.S. 290 Barker Cypress at its intersection with Queenston Boulevard at the main entrance to Stone Gate, a master planned community. The Stone Gate community is a 1,800 acre master planned community with 1,813 lots and is home to the Houston National Golf Club, an 18 hole golf course. Within a one, three and five mile radius of the subject, average household incomes exceed $100,000. Traffic counts at this intersection are approximately 63,000 per day.
