Scope Of Work
This 100,000 sq. ft. retail shopping center has been completely rejuvenated and offers anchor, tenant and pad site space. Space sizes range from 1,600 sq. ft. to 40,000 sq. ft. The facility is located at the southeast corner of State Highway 249 and Spring Cypress, this intersection is the epicenter of one of the fastest-growing residential areas in Houston. The major thoroughfare of SH249, which carries over 130,000 vehicles a day, connects Tomball to the Sam Houston Parkway. In addition, Spring Cypress has become the major east/west corridor between Hwy. 290 and Interstate 45.
