Scope Of Work
Construction Management services were provided for the remodel of five surgery suites to include video integration, surgery lighting, and a backbone for DaVinci robotic surgery. The needs of the facility required work to be completed on a very tight schedule in phased steps without interrupting normal surgical operations immediately adjacent to the work area. We developed and managed a 24-hour round-the-clock schedule in order to meet the deadline. Careful management of noise, dust, infection control and interim life safety measures
were critical to a successful outcome.
