Scope Of Work
General Contractor. Project includes the renovation of an existing 14,000 sqft building that will be partitioned into 10,000 sqft of retail space for Half-Moon Outfitters and the additional 4,000 sqft will be occupied by another tenant. Scope of work includes: demolition, earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and patios, brick masonry, walls and ceilings, architectural metal siding, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical.
