Construction Manager - Renovation of existing HVAC system including demolition of existing rooftop units, new equipment foundations, a Chiller, pumps, chilled water supply and return piping, 4 new floor mounted Air Rotation Units, environmental control systems, electrical power supply and hook up. Project completed 2012.
