Scope Of Work
Yates Construction provided construction s for four subdivisions in this large residential development for military families. The development of the 107-acre site includes 1,067 new units on 569 pads consisting of 25 models in 35 building types. Amenities include basketball courts and playgrounds. The infrastructure and underground utilities s included water, sanitary sewer, and gas pipe. The project scope included concrete drainage structures, sewer line and sewer force main installations, bypass pumping sewage, installation of water mains, site and dewatering structures, and conventionally reinforced concrete.
