Scope Of Work
The hydrant fueling system at Offutt AFB provides the capability to load fuel onto aircraft through an underground piping system from off apron storage tanks. The project included:
construction of a 2,400 gpm multiple pump pumphouse
back-up power generator
truckfill station with canopy
(2) 10,000 barrel above ground fuel storage tanks with fixed roofs and floating pans
8,000 LF of welded 12” underground carbon steel piping
(18) in apron hydrant fueling pits
135,000 sf of concrete airfield paving
Demolition of (2) pumphouses, (15) underground tanks and (48) fuel pits and piping
