Scope Of Work
Construction of a 400 member Army Reserve Center (ARC) includes a 47,000 sf two story Training Building, a 14,900 sf Area Maintenance Support Activity/Organizational Maintenance Shop (AMSA/OMS), a 2,700 SF Unheated Storage Building and a 1,400 sf Wash Rack.
The Training Building and AMSA/OMS is designed and constructed to meet LEED Silver requirements. The Training Building is constructed utilizing insulted concrete forms (ICF), structural steel frame, brick veneer and EIFS. The AMSA/OMS, Unheated Storage and Wash Rack buildings are pre-engineered frame with insulated and un-insulated metal siding and roofing.
Site development includes concrete and asphalt paving, utilities, landscaping, stormwater bio-retention and water storage tanks for fire protection.
