Scope Of Work
of a 400 member Army Reserve Center (ARC) includes a 47,000 sf two story Training , a 14,900 sf Area Maintenance Support Activity/Organizational Maintenance Shop (AMSA/OMS), a 2,700 SF Unheated Storage and a 1,400 sf Wash Rack.
The Training and AMSA/OMS are designed and constructed to meet LEED Silver requirements. The Training is constructed utilizing insulated concrete forms (ICF), structural steel frame, brick veneer, and EIFS. The AMSA/OMS, Unheated Storage, and Wash Rack buildings are a frame with insulated and un-insulated siding and roofing.
Site development includes concrete and asphalt paving, utilities, landscaping, stormwater bio-retention, and water storage tanks for fire protection.
