Scope Of Work
This project is a 20,153 square foot addition to the existing Community Living Center (CLC) Bldg. 10A at the Carl Vinson VAMC in Dublin GA. Construction includes 15 additional single occupancy beds to the CLC neighborhood, allowing for decompression of existing double occupancy beds. The project also provides for the renovation of 1,158 departmental gross square feet to the existing CLC. Also included is expansion of the parking area, a porch/deck addition to the recreation dining room, and an outside bathroom.
