Scope Of Work
This project is a complete renovation of two existing patient wards, 3A and 3B, into a new Gastroenterology and Pulmonary Clinic. The project is phased to permit full occupancy of the facility during construction. Work includes 21 prep/recovery beds and eight procedure rooms. Asbestos abatement is also included. The project location is the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL.
