Scope Of Work
Scope of Work Performed:
- Install and maintain temporary erosion and sedimentation controls
- Establish tree protection
- Perform site demolition and vegetation removal
- Wall drainage (behind wall)
- Perform grading on site soils (Gas Works Park deposit)
- Fill importation (non- Gas Works Park deposit, as required for subgrade)
- Install geogrid mesh
- Construct Densmore ramp
- Install railroad path
- Construct asphalt path
- Install irrigation
- Import and install topsoil cover
- Demolish wall
- Plant trees
- Seed lawns
- Provide for general cleanup and grow-in period
- Alternate 1: Construct planting improvements of planting bed areas and ground bed areas and ground covers per drawings and plant list
- Additive 1: Increase topsoil depth from 12" minimum compacted to 15" minimum compacted depth for areas to receive topsoil cover system, an increase of 3" topsoil
