Scope Of Work
Scope of Work Performed:
- Installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls
- Demolition of existing ditch/culvert drainage system, asphalt path, grass areas, and fencing
- Demolition, while maintaining reservoir security
- Earthwork related to a new swale/culvert drainage system, improve drainage off of adjacent roadways, and primarily cut and fills of on-site, soils to sculpt landforms
- Installation of a reservoir security fence connected to the existing security fence
- Installation of an irrigation system, including Maxicom system
- Soil preparation and planting of trees, limited shrubs and hydroseed
- Development of plaza (including a colored concrete patter, paths and seating walls, instillation of trash receptacle, and a bike rack
- Installation of curb and gutter improvements at the intersection of Northeast 143rd Street and Linden Avenue, and grading, planting, and installation of storm drainage structures, pavement restoration, curb stops, and concrete sidewalks along both abutting sections of Northeast 143rd Street and Linden Avenue
