Scope Of Work
This $6 million plan and spec project is a 16,000 s.f., metal frame, brick façade building with stone accents, an elevated roof structure through the center of the building, accented by extruded metal fascia and structural glazing, a TPO roof system, casework, storefront, steam and electric HVAC system, sprinkler system, low voltage systems, various floorings and wall coverings.
This project was a Veterans Administration project contracted by the US Army Corps of Engineers for a 16,000 s.f. office-type, medical building. The building is a steel frame, brick facade structure with steel truss, standing seam metal roof system. It included a slab foundation, fire sprinkler system, standard plumbing and electrical systems, a HVAC system using campus central steam and electrical cooling, casework, storefront, landscaping, paving, STC rated construction, low voltage systems, vinyl tile, ceramic tile, sealed concrete, carpet, painted and fabric covered walls, and wall protection. Features a waiting/entry area, offices, meeting rooms, a reception area, fire sprinkler room, and utility/storage areas. Work that was added included a covered walkway and patient patio area.
