Scope Of Work
We remolded and added on to the main entry guardhouse of this community.
We had to set up a temporary site for security while this work was going on along with traffic management as this is the main entry
Work included adding office space, enlarged drive thru, new HVAC,Plumbing, and electric
We won a Sand Dollar award for this project
