Scope Of Work
•Remove and replace existing site hardscape
•Excavate down to sound waterproofing in order to tie in new sheet membrane
needed to restore the integrity of the below-grade building envelope
•Remove all spoils from excavation and set up shoring if applicable and make
repairs
•Repair the flashing to the plaza/façade of the building perimeter in order to
maintain a consistent watertight assembly at the building perimeter.
•Backfill excavated and clean site
