Scope Of Work
District Contracting Group was selected among 3 other larger general contractors to perform this design-build interior build-out for the American Coalition for Clean Coal Energy. To connect with the overall mission of the group, the space highlighted organic materials through the use of dark wood finishes and natural stone accents. Seemingly floating partitions and expansive glass walls convey a sense of weightlessness. This unique design demanded a commitment to quality execution and craft. With our focus on sustainability, we used locally sourced materials at every opportunity. District Contracting Group interviewed several architect firms who we work closely with and handpicked from a select group of subcontractors to ensure a successful and timely completion. This project covered all aspects of a high- end federal advocacy group including a recording studio, 40-person executive conference room, flexible offices, phone rooms, and shared collaborative spaces. With superior attention to detail, District Contracting Group delivered and elegant new office for the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity.
