Scope Of Work
Working with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract, Quandel Construction Group served as General Contractor in the construction of a new PETsMART store in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. With years of experience in budget management, Quandel effectively overcame the many challenges of today’s fast-changing economy to provide PETsMART with a cost-effective and high-quality commercial structure. The fast-track project began in early April and was completed on schedule during the first week of August.
