Scope Of Work
To relieve issues of overcrowding, Quandel was selected as the Design-Builder on the Sacony Commons project, which is located near and serves the students of Kutztown University. The project consisted of a structural metal stud framing system to meet fire safety regulations. The three-story housing complex includes 18 fully furnished three-bedroom apartments. The rental units are garden-style apartments and fully equipped with a living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, powder room, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. In addition, each unit of the complex is fully sprinklered. Sacony Commons was well-received by students and completed on-schedule and within budget.
