Scope Of Work
Quandel had the unique opportunity to team with J.P. Morgan Chase in the construction of 13 Chase Bank branches in central Ohio. These projects were part of Chase’s retail branch expansion program which was an effort to reach out and connect with new neighborhoods and potential customers.
The new branches vary in size and location depending on the existing infrastructure and culture of the community – some constructed as build-out’s within a larger entity and many as stand-alone structures. Quandel collaborated with Chase’s branding/interior team to ensure both types of stores consistently showcased their new strategies to better serve customers. These strategies included exterior materiality, interior branding, one-on-one space to connect with account professionals, upgraded banking technology, drive-through banking, and prominent exterior signage.
