Scope Of Work
Quandel completed the construction of a new warehouse and office facility for JPC Equestrian, Inc.
Quandel provided design-build services for the project, which is located on a ten-acre site that includes 44,500 square feet of warehouse space and 2,590 square feet of office space. The pre-engineered construction design utilizes split-face masonry for the building?s facade.The entire project was completed in four months, and one month ahead of schedule.
