Scope Of Work
J. Vinton Schafer and Sons provided construction management at-risk services for a 10,480 square foot renovation to the existing church. Renovations included repainting the 50 foot high ceilings and walls with 22 different colors, new lighting, a new sound system, replacement of HVAC units, and cleaning of the entire church. The project also included the expansion of the gathering/ lobby/ narthex and bathrooms areas, plus modifications to the side alters and the sanctuary.
