Lendlease performed construction phase services for the ZINC Apartments in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The ZINC, located at 22 Water Street, is a 15-story, 528,000 square foot luxury apartment building featuring 392 residential units and 351 parking spaces.
Tenant amenities include a fitness facility, roof garden, community spaces, covered parking, coffee shop and multi-purpose hiking/biking trail adjacent to the property.
The building will feature energy efficient systems throughout qualifying the building to meet the 'Stretch Energy Code'.
