Scope Of Work
Lendlease provided construction management services to Columbus Center Limited Liability Corporation (CCLLC), to construct the 2.8 million square foot, world-class landmark facility, located in the center of Manhattan at Columbus Circle. This prestigious award was made after Lendlease successfully performed preconstruction services directly for Time Warner Inc.
The development team consisted of three highly respected New York-based development and finance entities: The Related Companies, L.P.; Apollo Real Estate Advisors, L.P; and The Palladium Company.
The project featured the new world headquarters of Time Warner including office and studio space for the world's largest media company, with state of the art digital production and broadcast facilities for live transmission of CNN and CNNfn.
Lendlease provided construction management services in a guaranteed maximum price for the base building portion of Time Warner, the retail component, Jazz at Lincoln Center and the office space. Lendlease was responsible for the full fit-out of the Mandarin Hotel, The Residences, and the Public Parking.
