Scope Of Work
$30 million mixed-use project consisting of 95 condominiums over raised parking and retail on the first floor. Condominium structure included the use of proprietary tube steel wall framing and pre fabricated metal floor and roof trusses with gypecrte floors. Exterior system consisted of lath and plaster with concrete siding elements. High-end finishes throughout the interior build-out.
