Scope Of Work
Erin Contracting was fortunate to be selected as an approved general contractor in the spring of 2014 for a wide scale remodel program for Food Lion. Currently, Erin Contracting has 5 existing stores in various stages of remodel throughout North Carolina. The projects consist of a complete retrofit of the existing stores including all new finishes and flooring while the store remains open. The entire remodel program is expected to last several years and Erin Contracting will play an integral role in the program.
