Scope Of Work
Erin Contracting was hired by Nolen Properties in September 2017 to convert an existing 65,000 SF grocery store into a two–story, 125,000 SF, climate-controlled storage facility. The project consisted of complete demolition of existing finishes, construction of a second story within the existing building, all new MEP systems and approximately 820 climate-controlled storage units. The project was completed in June 2018.
