Scope Of Work
A large design and construction expansion to a fully operational existing Waste Management Support Facility.
Specifically, the project included:
Addition of 100 commercial route-truck parking spaces
Six (6) additional bays in the maintenance shop
New lube oil storage and delivery system to the shop
Eight-lane fuel island/station
All new site lighting, fire-main extension with three (3) additional hydrants
1,900 SF automated wash bay building
New fire suppression system throughout the entire existing building
New 7,800 SF PEMB addition
Modification (enlargement) of existing parts room and shop support offices
New personnel parking area
Storm drainage systems
Electrical upgrades (including an upgrade to LED fixtures throughout)
Polished concrete floors and fire monitoring service.
