Scope Of Work
Designed and currently under construction of a 19,160 SF transfer station with a 420 SF break room and a 6,000 SF dry storage building. The transfer station is a metal building with 12’ high concrete push walls, a 16,400 SF tipping floor, and a 1,150 SF loading pit positioned 8’ below the tipping floor. The facility has seven bays with large overhead doors where customers access the tip floor to unload waste for processing. The recovery building has an 8’ high concrete wall with a clear span heavy-duty fabric structure roof supported by metal arched trusses, leaving the space completely open for storage.
