Type: Complete renovation of an existing two-story, 5,000 SF wood-framed structure and construction of an 11,000 SF addition to achieve a new 26 bed student dormitory.
Challenges: An accelerated project schedule to ensure completion before the opening of the school year. Nauset completed the project one month ahead of schedule.
Client: Lyndon Institute is a coeducational, independent, boarding preparatory school located in the village of Lyndon Center, in the town of Lyndon, Vermont.
