Scope Of Work
This urban hospital project included the conversion and renovation of existing administrative support space to a psychiatric wing within one of the nation's largest pediatric rehabilitation hospitals. Franciscan Hospital for Children provides services for children with special health care needs, as well as for children from the local community.
All construction was completed within this highly sensitive occupied and operational medical environment. The project’s scope of work included select demolition and the new construction of twelve bedrooms, a new activity room and nurse station. New finishes within the wing’s common areas were completed as part of this project.
