Scope Of Work
Over 500,000 SQFT of Building Demolition
American Demolition Inc. was awarded the Avaya project in December of 2013. To demolish, remove and haul-off Structure A warehouse, which consists of 400,000 sqft of a 1 million square foot structure, Structure B warehouse, and misc. site demolition. The project consists of:
a. Dust control during the entire demolition period
b. Detailed separation of the 400,000 sqft demolition area from the adjacent structure to be left in place
d. Detailed concrete slab removal from the adjacent structure to be left in place
e. Additional Site Removals throughout the project site limitations
