Scope Of Work
Restoration of Fellowship Hall flooring for a Mega Church in College Park, Georgia. This LEED compliant scope of work included the removal of existing carpet and tile, grinding of the floor to remove latent mastics and further improving the floor with a dyed and fully diamond honed, polished concrete floor finish. Additional aspects included scoring of the floor into 6 foot diagonal diamond shapes, providing a stain guard and burnishing the final floor to a high shine. This facility will no longer be filling local waste facilities with 25,000 sf of rotten carpet on a regular cycle and have lowered their overall costs of maintenance via the installation of this resilient concrete floor finish.
