Scope Of Work

T&G was selected to be the General Contractor for the project. This 10,000 square foot interior build out made room for upgraded formal and casual dining spaces, lounge and bar area, ballrooms, locker room, and restrooms. There were three major challenges on the project: The club would remain in operation throughout the project duration, the existing building had different floor elevations as it had undergone many renovations in the past, and the existing mechanical system was not working properly throughout the building and required all new units.

Action > All flooring had to be leveled by adding a light weight toppings slab, in some cases up to 3 inches in depth, to achieve a consistent walking surface. This was certainly no easy task and required unique planning considerations by the entire team. The goal was to limit interruptions to the member experience and minimize the footprint of construction while building out multiple areas of the club interior. Keeping safety of workers, owners and guests as an ultimate priority.

Results > The existing club architecture was very classical and T&G was able to complement the new work to these existing standards. Textured wall panels in the dining area add 3 dimensional movements, while vibrant colors and contemporary finishes provide a modern feel. All millwork pieces were expertly crafted and add a level of style that was not present prior to the renovation.
