Scope Of Work
When Welch College decided to move from their downtown Nashville location to a new campus in Gallatin, TN, Focus worked with the school’s leaders to design the master planning for the entire campus—including site planning, all utilities, roadways, sidewalks, and infrastructure. Afterward, Focus designed and constructed the infrastructure and five buildings of Phase 1, to include Men’s and Women’s Dormitories, Coffman Hall (an administrative building that houses the campus library, classrooms, and administrative and faculty offices), Celorio Hall (a fine arts auditorium and dining hall that also includes music classrooms, offices, and special event space), and a Student Wellness Center complete with full basketball court, locker rooms, weight and training rooms, a school store, and a café.
Constructed a total of 136,000 SF
Master planned entire campus
Responsible for all site work and infrastructure
