Scope Of Work
This building has received local and international attention, been awarded the MBI Masters Award and was designed by renowned Architect Steven Holl. Despite the grandeur of this exquisite building, we at LCCI feel the greatest success was keeping a team of Iowa contractors, out of state designers and owners together and focused. The end result of this success is a grand piece of Art and a functional building for the University of Iowa Art and Art History department.
