Scope Of Work
The Cedar Valley Cardiovascular Center was a new build, 2-story facility, which houses patient exam rooms and facilities for nuclear imaging and enhanced external counter pulse. Dr. Sundaram chose Larson Construction to be his design/build representative. We developed his newly purchased land, hired design professionals and managed the design/construction process all with Dr. Sundaram’s budget and design requirements in mind. We self-performed the utilities, earthwork, concrete, steel erection and carpentry work on this build. Because of the strong relationship developed with Dr. Sundaram during this initial project, LCCI went on to develop, design and construct additional properties with him. Those include a Cardiology Clinic with a subsequent basement remodel as well as an addition onto the CV Cardiovascular Center.
