Scope Of Work

We made renovations to the recital hall at Northeastern Illinois University in order to improve the acoustical quality of the space. This included custom made rotatable flip panels on the stage, which can rotate to provide sound absorbing fabric on one side and sound deflecting louvers on the other. We provided a series of new motorized curtains and banners which can be positioned to different acoustical settings depending on the type of performance happening in the space. When not in use the curtains and banners retract fully out of sight behind pocket walls and into ceiling cavities.
